We welcome suggestions about ways to improve our service. Please contact our practice manager, Marelle O’Neill, if you have any ideas or complete a comments slip when you next visit us.
The practice follows the NHS complaints procedure. A copy of this is available at reception or can be downloaded here. You can also complain directly to Mrs O’Neill for non-clinical matters and Dr Boyd for clinical matters. Your complaint should be acknowledged within 48 hours.
