During the coronavirus pandemic we are asking patients to telephone in the first instance.  You will receive a ringback from a GP who will decide to treat you over the telephone or to bring you in for a face to face appointment.

Our staff are being trained in care navigation.  This means the doctors have asked them to find out why you are making an appointment.  This is to make sure that you receive the right care from the right professional at the right time.  They will not make clinical decisions and they are all trained in the rules of confidentiality.

You have the right to an interpreter if you need one. Please ask the receptionist to organise this. For a face to face consultation you will need to give at least one week's notice


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
